Patay Pumps. DD100 double diaphragm transfer pump, has been designed for long term reliable use. It is one of our larger capacity pumps, featuring cast Aluminium components, a stainless steel handle.

Usually the pump is mounted on a wall, floor , bulkhead, etc., but by using an optional accessory A2004 – a cast aluminium baseplate, the pump becomes fully portable, needing no further securing to allow convenient, efficient operation. Like all of our pumps, we can supply a number of material elastomers to ensure compatibility with a wide range of fluids to be pumped.

The pump is made of Aluminium and can be supplied in 3 distinct versions:

“A” suffix models are polyester powder coated, have all stainless steel fittings and quick release of the diaphragm covers is achieved via hand wheels.

“B” suffix models are not coated but retain all stainless steel fittings and the same hand wheel access to the diaphragm chambers.

“C” suffix models are not coated and have BZP fittings and the diaphragm chamber covers are retained by the use of locking BZP nuts.
